Connecticut police released body cam footage from the rescue of the man in Waterbury who told first responders he intentionally set his home on fire to escape after allegedly being held captive by his stepmother, Kimberly Sullivan, for more than 20 years. In the footage released, Sullivan, who denies the allegations, can be heard asking police to help her stepson.
